Can I modify my order after payment?
If we haven't started processing the order, some details, such as the address or message, can be modified. Please contact us immediately after ordering
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products (natural flowers), we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been processed
What happens if the representative is unable to deliver the order?
The representative will attempt to contact you. If they do not respond, the order may be rescheduled or canceled without a refund
Can I send an order as a gift without mentioning the sender's name?
Yes, you can request to hide the sender's name by writing a note in the "Order Notes" box
Are the flowers natural or artificial?
